We offer hassle-free returns. If any product that you receive does not meet your expectations
1. REFUNDS policy:-
Customer can return, cancel or exchange the product in the following situations:
1. If you don’t like the product you have received;
2. Product delivered to you is defective/not as described;
3. Wrong product is received.
Typically refunds take 3-5 Business days. In some cases any banks or transportation issue it may take longer.
If you pay by cash and then return a product to imayra. We will give you a cash refund after return process complete
We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing We do defect.
2. SHIPPING AND CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) FEES:-
Any shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) fees charged against the order will not be refunded back.
3. Easy In-Store Exchanges:-
you can exchange your order in another style or size at our local stores
Visit any store from the list available in the Store Locator section
within 7 days from the date of receiving the order for an exchange.
Please make note of the following points before visiting the store for a hassle-free exchange process:
1. Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused products & the tags intact.
2. Please return your items in its original packaging in the same condition as you received it.

4. RETURNS POLICY:-
If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The entire process takes about 5-7 business days
Please return your items in its original packaging in the same condition as you received it within 7 days of delivery. Please check that you have included the original invoice, all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that came with your order.
We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of the delivery when you received the order. So please make sure you ship the item as soon you received the order.
Please do not accept the delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and find that the item is damaged.
Products damaged by mistake of yours do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
In case the product comes with a manufacturer warranty, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly and follow the return/replacement procedure as per the manufacturer policy.
We hold the right to deduct shipping charges of Rs.50 for every 0.5 kg of consignment weight.
We hold the right to cancel the order placed by the customer OR refuse the return request in case the customer has returned too many orders.
In case of multiple products order, the return request should be placed together for all the products you want to return.
